Jeanne is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University’s PA Program and has built her career at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she serves as Inpatient Solid Tumor Chief PA. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and advocacy for PAs in high-acuity oncology settings, defined by transparency, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Over the past year, Jeanne guided the Dana-Farber PA team through a major hospital system transition — navigating complex operational challenges while maintaining continuity of care and supporting PA well-being throughout.
A cornerstone of her leadership is workforce development. As Chief PA, she created Dana-Farber’s Inpatient PA New Hire Program — a 12–16 week onboarding framework featuring one-on-one training, oncology boot camps, mentorship, and structured check-ins. Tailored to individual skill levels, the program has built a sustainable pipeline of skilled clinicians prepared for oncology, inpatient medicine, critical care, and palliative care.
Jeanne’s impact extends nationally through her strategic partnership with APAO, increasing Dana-Farber PA engagement in networking, scholarship, and leadership. Her contributions earned her the PA of the Year award for Mass General Brigham/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
